A never-shot documentary about a character that never existed.
The film tells the story of a man who for some time wandered through the Italian streets wearing a superhero costume and a sign that reads “SUPERPOWERS WANTED”. After a short and unfortunate life as a viral phenomenon that made him become the protagonist of a cross-media narrative - including comics, web, and video experiments - all traces of the character have been lost.

Director's notes
This pitch video aims to arouse interest in this character, bringing to light the questions surrounding his story: is he just a fool, is it a publicity stunt or does he really think he's a superhero? What does that mask really hide? Alternating found footage, documentary images, and sequences of pure fiction, the story proceeds to open up new avenues for the story, hoping one day to reveal the truth about the identity of the superhero who has lost his powers.
