Director's notes
I had never thought much about it, until it happened to myself. The treatment I received at the hospital after my second miscarriage was difficult to take. "Don't worry, 1 in 4 strokes with," the doctor told me, but she did not remember that she herself helped me give birth to a dead baby just six months prior.
Helpful people nearby cannot comfort and when the pain reaches the surface it corresponds to a physical attack on the body.
Miscarriages are not talked about enough, and we would like the film to plant a seed within the viewers; a seed of reference for thoughts and talks.
