Biography
Alex Challies (b. 1995) has a taste for the weird and wonderful within the mundane, wanting, like everyone else, to find his voice and tell stories that are remembered beyond the blur of never-ending content.
Often he looks for interesting ways to blend comedy with other genres for his fiction work, alongside telling true stories that reflect the world around him through various modes of documentary.
Director's notes
I wanted to do something loosely inspired by Richard Connell's "The Most Dangerous Game", but that didn't take itself too seriously.
So, a monologue in the rhyming style of Dr Suess seemed like the perfect compliment to lighten a darker subject matter. Throw in a lovely pun, shoot it in a oner, and this is what we get.
