biography
Cameron Carr (b. 1999) is a multi-award winning autistic artist, who recently graduated with a BA in animation. He is currently studying his MA in Directing Animation at the National Film & Television School.
Cameron was non-verbal for many years in his early childhood; thus, he could only communicate by drawing. Making art and animation was not just simply his creative outlet, it was his best way of communicating his thoughts, ideas, and feelings about the world and people around him.

This was my first time animating sand. You can imagine it was a challenge, especially since I have fine motor skill difficulties. However, I soon started having fun with it. I also enjoyed each of the composer's interpretation of my work, it was incredible that they both came to a similar conclusion in terms of story beats!
