Synopsys
Five dead men approach the border, which is guarded by dogs. Having fed the dog, they are waiting for the crossing to the other side. Dogs` howling helps to cross the border. Leaving is liberation.

Biography
Uliana born in Siberia in 1990. She received a Master`s degree in architecture in 2016, Novosibirsk. 2020-2022 - studied at SHAR Studio School, specializing in directing of animated films. Now works as a stage designer in puppet theatrical performances and as an animator.

The film is based on Gogol’s poem “Dead Souls”.
